Maya Card Concept and Discount

1. Water Theme Park, Fun Theme Park, Beach, Island and Water Fall Vacation are the main concept of Maya Card.
2. All discount offered are only available at outlets mention in brochures.
3. Maya Card is non transferable. The owner of the card is compulsory to be at the particular outlets to enjoy the discounts.

Special Package 3 Day 2 Nites & 2 Days 1 Nite

1. Special packages offered to Maya members include accommodation, food and packed activities. This means that the special package offered only contains half board or full board only. The ëRoom Onlyí concept is not applicable in this special packages.
2. Maya members should request price quotations from Maya first to qualify for special prices and discount.

Brochures and Web Site

1. Maya members should refer to Mayaís web site at www.rainmaya.com to obtain the latest information or changes with regard to prices.
2. Member who have registered and still have another one year of membership period must access Mayaís web site to check out new outlets or changes in discount.

Maya Card Discount

1. For Theme Park :
i) Maya members must produce their Maya Cards and Identity Cards when purchasing tickets. Outlets reserve the right to disallow discounts for Maya members who failed to produce their Maya Cards  and Identity Cards.
ii) Maya Card can only be used once a day in a particular outlet. Outlet reserve the right to disallow discounts to Maya members who utilize Maya Cards more than once in a day within the same outlet.
iii) The number of person entitled for the discount are stated in the brochures, either '2 Adult & 2 Children' or '1-5 person per card/day'. Maya members are not allowed to apply for additional  ëusers for adult & childrení in excess of what is stated in the brochures.

2. For Resort and Hotels :
i) Reservation should be made 14 days in advance and the confirmation of room is subject to availability.
ii) During the peak period, reservation should be made a month earlier.
iii) The maximum number of rooms allowed per card are 2 rooms per card/per night.Maya members are not allowed to apply for additional 'rooms' in excess of what is stated in the brochures.

3. Maya Card members should refer directly to the Maya Card management should there be any issues or problem.

How to Renew the Maya Card.

1. Duration of renewal is Four(4) months after the expired date. The last date for (expired) month of June is October and the last date for December is April.

2. Renewal forms may be obtained at :
i) Counterfoil from brochures
ii) From the web site : www.rainmaya.com
iii) Requesting from the Company by giving your fax number.

3. Maya members must surrender their expired Maya Card to the company during their renewal process.

Lost of Maya Card

1. If the Maya Card is lost, member must reregister at the Current Price. There is no replacement policy.
2. For replacement of lost brochures, a charge of RM 5.00 will be imposed.
