All rates are subject to change without prior notice

• Please be informed that between 1st June 2011 – 31st August 2011, a surcharge of RM 40.00 ++ per room per night will be imposed for all categories of room.
• All rates quoted are based on per room per night basis and applicable for single and double occupancy.

Terms & Condition

1. No Verbal Agreement by distributor/ marketing is accepted
2. Maya Card holder is required to made reservation in advance. Otherwise, walk in rate apply.
3. Room reservations at the last minute not be accepted
4. Prior room reservation is required (at least 14 days before proposed check-in date) and is subject to room availability
5. In order to confirm your booking, we would require payment as per date’s states. Failing to comply, your booking is   automatically   released
6. Maya Card is non transferable, members must produce their Maya Cards and Identity Cards for verifications
7. Offer is not valid with other promotions or discount coupons.
